CMPD recently hosted Lawrence Jones and his Fox News team to showcase its transformational CMPD Serves program, which Jones called “a model for the nation.”
CMPD is the first law enforcement agency in the country to train all employees in customer experience. Just one year after the program’s official launch, the department has improved its customer satisfaction score from 43% to 84%, and logged more than 1,600 body-worn camera tags capturing positive interactions, de-escalation, community engagement and life-saving efforts.
